We are pleased to have you join our community of trainees, and we take pride in delivering high-quality professional training services.

To ensure clarity, transparency, and the proper organization of rights and obligations, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Registration in any training program offered by Innovera constitutes full, unconditional, and legally binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Minimum Enrollment Requirement

• Each training program requires a minimum number of participants to commence.
• The program start date will be announced once the minimum number is reached.
• Registration remains open until either the maximum capacity is reached or the official start date occurs, whichever comes first.

3. Innovera's Obligations

Innovera commits to:

• Delivering the announced training program content.
• Providing training materials (printed or digital) according to the nature of the program.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions according to the published or communicated schedule.

4. Schedule Modifications

• Innovera reserves the right to modify training schedules when necessary.
• Any changes will be coordinated with trainees, and the company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants' availability.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Transfers

6. Online Training Attendance Policy

For online training programs:

• Attendance is recorded only through live participation during scheduled sessions.
• Active interaction with the trainer is required to validate attendance.
• Watching recorded sessions does not count as attendance and shall not be included in attendance calculations.

7. Level Assessment Tests

• Certain programs may require a level assessment test after registration.
• The full test fee must be paid in advance.
• Assessment fees are non-refundable, regardless of the test result, and are considered a service fee for conducting the assessment.

8. Identity Verification & Trainee File Completion

• Trainees must complete their profile with their full name, email, and phone number.
• Attendance is not permitted until this requirement is fulfilled.
• Certificates will be issued exactly according to the name stated in the official submitted profile.

9. Certification Eligibility

A trainee shall not be eligible to receive a certificate in any of the following cases:

• Failure to attend at least 75% of total training hours.
• Failure to pay the full program fees.
• Failure to attend mandatory practical workshops (if applicable).
• Failure to pass the final assessment or exam.
• Receiving a negative evaluation from the trainer indicating insufficient comprehension of the training material.
• Failure to complete personal data or provide valid identification documents.

10. Fees and Certificate Delivery

• Program fees published on the website do not include certificate shipping or delivery costs.
• Any shipping fees shall be borne by the trainee.

11. Foreign Certifications Disclaimer

Any foreign certificates or accreditations provided as part of the training programs are issued by:

• International training centers, or
• Foreign companies

They are not issued by foreign universities or academic institutions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, presentations, recordings, and documents are the exclusive intellectual property of Innovera or its licensors and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

13. Amendments

Innovera reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

15. Legal Acknowledgment

By registering in any training program offered by Innovera, the trainee confirms that:

• They have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• They agree to be legally bound by them.
• They acknowledge that electronic consent and signatures are legally valid and enforceable.
